These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our platform, cryptocurrency (CRT Token), and related applications (collectively referred to as "Services"). By accessing or using Cryptaskr, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Cryptaskr, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation: To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. CRT Token

4.1 Overview: CRT Token is the native cryptocurrency of the Cryptaskr platform. It can be used for various transactions within our Services.

4.2 Withdrawal Process: CRT Token can be withdrawn from the Cryptaskr app using third-party applications, such as Tonkeeper. You acknowledge that:

• We do not control or endorse any third-party applications. Your use of these applications is at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for any issues that may arise from your use of third-party applications, including but not limited to security breaches, loss of funds, or transaction errors.

4.3 User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your CRT Token wallet and any associated private keys. Cryptaskr is not responsible for any loss or theft of funds resulting from your failure to secure your wallet.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to Cryptaskr and CRT Token, including but not limited to the name, logo, software, and website content, are owned by us or our licensors.

5.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 No Guarantees: Cryptaskr makes no guarantees regarding the performance, value, or availability of the Services or CRT Token. The cryptocurrency market is highly volatile, and your investment may result in the loss of all funds.

6.2 Third-Party Content: Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any third-party content or services. You access them at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cryptaskr, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
